1. To be committed to risk reduction of hazards arising from work or working conditions, causing accident resulting in injury, disability, or death and property damage, including work-related illness. Also, to improve, review, evaluate the OH&S system for the sake of continual improvements.
2. The Company shall define objectives and targets, as well as strategies, prioritization, and action plans to continuously improve OH&S system performance metrics and conduct activities to achieve expected results in accordance with the OH&S target.
3. To be committed to comply with laws in terms of occupational health and safety requirements, including working standard control, other relevant international standards relevant to the business conduct of the Company and regulations of the Company.
4. All employees shall participate to identify, evaluate, control,monitor and eliminate hazards and OH&S risks, establish the effective working standard to prevent work-related injury and illness therefore communicate to the related persons for further execution, and communicate to concerned parties, both internal and external.
5. Management and supervisors have a responsibility to demonstrate safe work practices, direct their teams to operate safely, and ensure OH&S information is properly disclosed and reported.
6. To be committed to provide consultation and encourage participation of workers, workers representative, and interested parties to perform corrective action, preventive measure and further extension of outcomes therefore OH&S target is achieved.
7. The Company shall properly support manpower, time, budgets, trainings and other necessary resources therefore OH&S management system and wellbeing promotion for workers can reach the target.
